Shipping Overview
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed and shipped from our UK-based facility. Below, you’ll find important details about our shipping process.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information (if applicable).
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:
- Standard Mainland Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Standard UK mainland shipping costs: £15 per item (larger orders subjects subject to shipping cost per batch)
- Express Delivery: Pre 10am delivery is £35.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on location and other factors outside of our control.
International Shipping
Shipping cost subject to country of destination and import duties.
International Delivery terms:
All none-UK mainland deliveries will be supplied under Delivered at Place (DAP) Incoterms. Grazp Group Ltd will require:
- Payment for goods as specified under the sales terms and conditions.
- Will arrange shipping (subject to cost) per delivery.
The Buyer will be responsible for:
- Unloading from arriving means of transportation
Import formalities and duties - Cost of import clearance, pays import duties, taxes and any other related import related costs.
Shipping Delays
Please note that due to high demand or external factors such as customs processing or extreme weather conditions, there may be occasional delays in shipping. We will keep you informed of any unexpected delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the link provided in the email.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment at an additional cost.
Order Changes
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it’s been processed, but feel free to contact us if there’s an urgent issue.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@gloves4boxes.com within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We’ll investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.
